  • Shipping & Delivery

    For the delivery of the products at your home, we work with authorized courier companies. The products are shipped during the next business day of the order date, unless it is not available, so you'll be notified of the date of dispatch.

    • Greece: Free of charge
    • Outside Greece: Charge €10,00
    • * Deliveries are weekdays only. Αlso possible delivery of your order on Saturday, with an additional charge 3€ per order.
      ** Some products (e.g. bulky or heavy) have special shipping fee added to the total cost of transport.

  • Returns & Replacements

  • Return of the products from a customer and replacement with another

    eyetropic.com wishing to guarantee the even and secure purchase of a product from a buyer, offers the possibility of return and replacement of it with another or with the same one in a different size, if it is available. The replacement of the product will be acceptable only in case it is in his original condition. The replacement demand of a product must be in 15 calendar days after its delivery, by mail (sales@eyetropic.com). After having come to an agreement with the responsible department of the company the customer will be able to choose another product from the eyetropic.com site. In this case the delivery cost will be paid by the customer.

    For all the cases, the return of the replaced product must be done with all its documents that the product was accompanied (e.g. retail receipts etc) and the full package of it.

  • Return of a product because of eyetropic.com mistake

    In case a product is mistakenly sent, eyetropic.com is fully responsible for the replacement and the delivery of the right product to the buyer, covering in full its delivery costs, as long as the product will be sent back in his original from the factory condition. The replacement demand must be done within three (3) days from the mistakenly delivery of the product and after a previous contact by mail (sales@eyetropic.com) between the buyer and the company. For all the cases, the return of the replaced product must be done with all its documents which accompanied the product (e.g. retail receipt.) and its full package.

  • Return of a product with a refund

    eyetropic.com wishing to provide the buyer with the best, it offers the buyer a refund in case that the customer asks for the return of a product.

    The replacement of the product will be accepted only in case that the product is in its original from the factory condition. The replacement demand of a product must be done within seven (7) working days from the delivery day from our company. In this case the delivery cost is charged to the customer. If the customer had paid the carriage fee on delivery then he is charged only with the amount of the return expenses.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    eyetropic.comoffers you the ability to pay for the products you have bought in three (3) ways so as to cover every demand of its customers.

  • By credit card

    If you choose to pay your products by a credit card you will be carried to the safe environment of Proxy Pay of EUROBANK (A Greek bank) where you will insert the data of your card. We assure you that in no case the data of your card aren’t know to the eyetropic.com. When you finish your transaction the responsible department of eyetropic.com will be informed by the Eurobank which will have to accept the transaction. The process of forwarding the product begins immediately.

  • Payment by delivery

    If you choose this way of payment you have to pay directly to the Courier at the delivery time.(Available only in local deliveries).

  • Bank Transfer

    If you wish to pay on a deposit account in the bank , the elements of eyetropic.com accounts will be given to you. For getting a better service you can choose ALPHA BANK, EUROBANK or PIRAEUS BANK to do your deposit. After we have confirmed your deposit the forwarding process will start.
